3. Quotations & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated.

Free concept designs do not constitute a contract to perform works.
4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules for works will be outlined in written agreements.

Deposits may be required to secure bookings or orders.

Final balance is due as per invoice terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the property, dimensions, and preferences.

Ensure safe access to the property for surveys and works.
6. Liability

Home TLC takes reasonable care in all designs and works.

We are not liable for pre-existing structural or plumbing issues not disclosed.

We do not guarantee any warranty beyond supplier/manufacturer terms for fittings and materials.
7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and concept plans remain the property of Home TLC until full payment for works is made.

Customers may not copy or distribute designs without permission.
8. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Changes to scope may result in revised estimates.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
